He co-authored Visibles ! to shine a light on Black figures in French history — from trailblazing artists to athletes and politicians. Students read his press kit beforehand and got to ask questions, getting a powerful and personal look at the importance of historical storytelling. What an inspiring conversation!

Our Environmental Chemistry students made a real impact by testing local water and soil samples — checking pH levels, phosphates, hardness, nitrates, dissolved oxygen, metals, and chlorine and a lot more — to uncover what’s affecting our environment. This hands-on project isn’t just about science; it’s about understanding our ecosystem and finding real solutions to local soil and water quality issues.
